Communications Workstyle Assessment

Find the communication tools that work best for you

Prepared for

This short assessment will show you the different ways you can make and receive business calls using your new communications system.
You can choose to use the desktop app, the mobile app or, if it best suits the way you work, continue using a traditional desk phone.
After a quick read through the information, let us know which communication option you think best suits your role.
There are no right or wrong answers, and the assessment should take around 5–10 minutes. (please scroll down)

Making business calls is still simple

The way you make and receive business calls won’t fundamentally change.
The biggest difference is that you’ll have more flexibility in how and where you communicate. Whether you’re in the office, working from home or moving between locations, your business number stays with you.
You’ll still be able to:
  • Make and receive business calls
  • Transfer calls
  • Access voicemail
  • Dial colleagues using internal extensions
  • Join video meetings
  • Send instant messages to colleagues

Your communication preference

Please answer the following questions. This will only take about one minute to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. Your responses will help us recommend the communication experience that best suits the way you work.
