Managing the fluid hybrid work environment

A great article about managing the fluid hybrid work environment. What I’m experiencing talking to companies daily and what the article is saying is that:
- People are “all over the map” regarding their home/office split;
- Flexibility is essential for attracting and retaining staff;
- Hybrid work is flexible but organisations must have non-negotiables suggesting 4 categories of those non negotiable elements:
o Community
o Customer
o Team
o Individual
