Camplify partners with Donnabrook and RingCentral to help support their multi-country global support

We are excited to partner with Camplify[1] to help them deliver outstanding support and customer experience from their globally distributed support team as they seek to become the premier campervan, motorhome and caravan sharing community (recreational vehicles or RV) globally. Camplify is one of the world’s leading peer-to-peer platform for RV owners and those looking to experience #vanlife, providing a full range of value for both owners and those hiring.

Camplify needed a native cloud-based telephony service that would be hands off for IT, allowing them to focus on developing and enhancing the experience of connecting caravan, motorhome, and campervan owners with people wanting to hire them for their holiday. “We needed a scalable and reliable cloud telephony service with a global presence, one that could be managed by non-technical staff and provide a depth of functionality to ensure we can continually improve the customer experience”, says Jonathan Milgate, CTO for Camplify.
