3ME Technology and Donnabrook work together to improve customer and employee experience and operations by transitioning to cloud unified communications.

3ME Technology, awarded the most innovative company in the agriculture and mining sector for 2021 by the Australian Financial Review, is an Australian heavy-equipment battery manufacturer designing and producing energy-dense, lithium-ion battery systems in a modular format to power mining and military electric vehicles (EV) and equipment.
Coming out of covid conditions with staff working a hybrid work model, they sought an effective but simple way for their staff to collaborate and communicate with each other. They also saw the value to enable staff to engage and support customers using a company number/extension rather than mobile phone number where they had limited scope to manage customer and employee experiences.
